Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and empowering sales.
- Coaching & Mentoring.
- Coordination of premium collection of new and renewal policies.
- Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients.
- Perform planning and accountability costs.
- Report monthly sales activities to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Group Head.
- Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues.
- Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective.
- Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. age 40 years old;
- Bachelor degree from any discipline (A3IK certifications will be advantaged);
- Min.3 years exp. in Managerial positions and handling Sales at General / Broker Insurances / Banking / Life;
- Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill;
- English & Computer Literate is a must;
- Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented;
- Strong knowledge of system, business plan & procedure;
- Only local candidates will be processed;
- Home based in Samarinda.
